Payment must be received by Friday, October 19, 2018

If delegates’ names are received by October 19, but remain unpaid after October 19, they are considered regular registrations (see below) and charged as such.

A Note to Our Pastors
We are encouraging our Pastors to register early and attend. As such, those Pastors who register by the early bird deadline are extended a discount of a $18 contribution. We hope that this helps to also encourage additional participation of congregants. After the early bird deadline, pastors are then considered regular registrations.

Ushers

Contribution for Ushers: $15

Ushers cannot be registered online. You may submit a form, or you can contact us directly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be received by phone (212 870 3227) or email (rsargeant@abcmny.org) by October 26 for a refund; no refunds will be issued after this date. On October 27 and after, all registrations must be honored and therefore payment will be expected.
